Central West Florida consists of the Tampa Bay area including the areas north and south along the West Coast of Florida. Bordering the Gulf of Mexico, this region includes part of Nature Coast, the Sun Coast and the Cultural Coast.
West Central Florida includes Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, and Sumter counties.
